Grief Group
Grief Group offers a monthly peer-led gathering for people in their 20s and 30s who have experienced the loss of a loved one and are seeking connection with others who understand. Meeting at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue, the session creates a supportive space to talk about grief and its many forms, recognizing that the experience can feel isolating even when it is widely shared. The group is not a substitute for professional therapy; it is a place for mutual support among community members.
When: Thursday, July 22, 2026, at 6:30 pm ET
