First We Dance: DC’s Largest Dance Party Ever
First We Dance brings a massive Labor Day Weekend celebration to Washington, DC, billed as the city’s largest dance party ever. The event is expected to draw more than 3,000 attendees from over 10 cities for a night centered on Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro-House, Gqom, Dancehall, Soca, and other sounds shaping global dance culture.
The event promises one large communal dance floor at Berhta, with the DJ lineup still to be announced. BERHTA’s safe-space and consent policy prohibits harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and non-consensual behavior; guests can contact staff at any time for prompt, discreet assistance.
