After making its live debut in Nashville in June 2024 and subsequently performing at Bonnaroo, Slap Dragon began building an online following, including more than 260,000 views for an Instagram clip of “Already Won.” Following a successful Kickstarter campaign in October 2025, the group is preparing to release its debut album, *Mission Statement*, in 2026.
