An Evening at Esterháza
An Evening at Esterháza is a Smithsonian Chamber Music Society concert presenting Joseph Haydn trios associated with the noble Hungarian Esterházy family. The program features works written for baryton or fortepiano and evokes the musical life of an evening at the Esterházy court.
The Smithsonian Chamber Players perform with violinist Edwin Huizinga, violist Isaiah Chapman, and Kenneth Slowik on baryton and fortepiano.
