Two Door Cinema Club brings its Tourist History 15th Anniversary Tour to The Anthem, celebrating the band’s acclaimed 2010 debut album. The Northern Irish trio’s sound combines guitar-driven post-punk hooks with polished, dance-oriented electronics, and the album produced songs including “What You Know,” “Something Good Can Work,” and “Undercover Martyn.”

Formed by Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday, and Kevin Baird, the band began writing together in Trimble’s parents’ garage after Trimble and Halliday met at school and connected with Baird through mutual friends. Their self-released 2009 EP, Four Words to Stand On, helped build early momentum before Tourist History reached number one in Ireland, appeared on the BBC Sound of 2010 poll, and propelled the group from small venues to major festivals worldwide. Two Door Cinema Club later followed it with Beacon, Gameshow, False Alarm, and Keep on Smiling, all of which reached the United Kingdom’s top 10. The band has also toured extensively, including a sold-out 30-date U.S. amphitheater tour in 2024 and a sold-out Australian arena tour later that year. STRFKR is scheduled to open the show.
