Crush Fund Go To Fest Tour

Crush Fund’s Go To Fest Tour brings Brooklyn dance-punk band Crush Fund to Transmission for a night of heavy, propulsive grooves designed for moshing and emotional release. The bill also features thisdogllhunt, an all-trans Washington, DC cowpunk group, and Druid Stone, a Herndon, Virginia act presenting what it calls “unlawful lesbian torture music.”

Crush Fund was formed in 2022 by college friends Wendy Kya and Nora Knox, who shared an interest in noisy post-punk, DIY punk, and feminine rage. July Brown and Sean Kovacs later joined the project. The band has released the EPs *Drama* and *New Fixation*, followed by its debut album *GO*, released through Lonely Ghost Records. Its music addresses disaster, loss, self-destruction, rejection, and violence while pushing toward movement and survival. The band is also known for initiating topless mosh pits populated by trans women.
