Seating and arrival: Theater seating begins approximately 15 minutes before the performance, and the theater recommends arriving at least 20 minutes early. Street parking is very limited. Latecomers are generally seated at intermission; if a performance has no intermission, late arrivals may not be admitted to their seats.
Age policy: Children under five are not admitted to evening performances. Every patron, including children, must have a ticket.
Accessibility: The theater is ADA compliant, with a limited number of wheelchair and companion seats available for purchase online or through the box office. Wheelchair locations are intended for patrons who remain in their own wheelchairs. A limited number of assisted-listening devices are available at no charge with advance request and an identification deposit. Special seating for hearing or sight needs may be arranged when available. Guide dogs and service animals are permitted, and patrons should contact the box office in advance to discuss seating.
Exchanges and cancellations: Tickets are normally final sale, but exchanges to another available date may be requested by emailing the box office at least 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are subject to availability. Performance dates, times, and artists may change without notice, and weather-related cancellations will be communicated by email and telephone.
