Grief Group
Grief Group is a monthly peer-support gathering for people in their 20s and 30s who have lost someone and want to talk with others who understand the many forms grief can take. Grounded in Jewish wisdom, the group offers a supportive community setting intended to make the experience of grief feel less isolating and help participants process their loss together.
The gathering is not led by a therapist or other mental health professional and is not a substitute for therapy or professional services. Registration expresses interest but does not guarantee that a participant will be matched with a group.
