Von Decarlo

Von Decarlo returns to DC Improv for a weekend of stand-up comedy. The New York-bred comedian, author, producer, writer, and actress has appeared on television, streaming programs, radio, comedy festivals, and international stages. She also has a history with DC Improv, having produced “Mr. P,” the Patrice O’Neal album recorded at the club.

Her credits include the new season of “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen,” HBO’s “Pause with Sam Jay,” “Laff Tracks” on truTV and HBO Max, CNN’s year-end wrap-up special, “The Jerry O’Connell Show,” and appearances on BET, BuzzFeed, “The Breakfast Club,” SiriusXM, and other programs. She performed for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network in Montreal, appeared at the Just for Laughs comedy festival, and most recently performed at Australia’s Human Kind Festival.

Background: Von Decarlo has appeared in worldwide advertising campaigns and national commercials for Disney, GNC, Match, and Carnival Cruise Lines. She is the executive producer of the Comedy Central documentary “Killing Is Easy” and produced three posthumous comedy albums: “Mr. P,” “Unreleased,” and “The Lost Files.” Her debut comedy album, “A Draggable Offense,” is available on major platforms and airs on SiriusXM’s She So Funny and Laugh Out Loud stations.

Other projects: Von Decarlo is scheduled to appear in the romantic comedy “Switch Up” and the independent film “Salesman,” which is available on Amazon Prime.
