Jorie Graham — Killing Spree: Poems - with Jamie Raskin — at Conn Ave
Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Jorie Graham presents *Killing Spree: Poems*, a collection that confronts the ecological, political, and technological forces reshaping daily life. Through spare, formally precise poems, Graham considers whether humanity can preserve its identity and compassion amid climate crisis, escalating violence, and uncontrolled technology. She appears in conversation with Congressman Jamie Raskin.
Graham is the author of sixteen poetry collections and has received the Pulitzer Prize, the Forward Prize, the Los Angeles Times Book Award, the International Nonino Prize, and the Rebekah Johnson Bobbitt National Prize for Poetry. She lives in Massachusetts and is Boylston Chair Emerita at Harvard University. Raskin represents Maryland’s 8th Congressional District, serves as ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, and previously taught constitutional law at American University. He is the author of *Overruling Democracy*, *We the Students*, and *Unthinkable*.
