Wordplay Wednesday: Back-to-School Edition brings an evening of hands-on language fun to Planet Word Museum, celebrating the start of the school year with the museum’s signature word games, puzzles, and interactive activities. The entire three-floor museum stays open late, giving guests access to popular spaces such as the Unlock the Music karaoke gallery and the Joking Around humor gallery. Alongside the puzzles and games, visitors can browse the Present Perfect gift shop and enjoy complimentary treats, with beer, wine, and soda available at a pop-up bar hosted by Immigrant Food. The event is designed to appeal to families, word lovers, and educators alike, with a special emphasis on making the evening both playful and enriching.
Tickets are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis between $5 and $25, with the sliding scale intended to keep the program accessible to a wider audience.
