Tomorrow the Sun Will Rise

The Phillips Collection presents "Tomorrow the Sun Will Rise," a major juried invitational exhibition that brings together 48 artists from the greater Washington, DC, region. Selected from more than 1,500 applications received through an open call, these intergenerational artists explore the complexities of the contemporary world while celebrating the beauty, resilience, and determination that drive their creative practices. The exhibition is curated by Tie Jojima, the museum’s Curator of Global Contemporary Art, and guest curator Tsedaye Makonnen.
