Conversations at The Kreeger Museum

Conversations at The Kreeger Museum is a program for people with mild to moderate memory disorders and their caregivers. Through art discussion and music, each session encourages reflection, eases stress, and supports communication and social connection in the museum setting.

Each one-hour gathering combines an interactive gallery talk with a musical component. The fall series features selected works by Isamu Noguchi and Pablo Picasso, with opportunities for participants and caregivers to experience and discuss the art together.

When: Fall sessions are scheduled for August 24, October 26, and December 7.

Showtimes: Each session begins at 11:00 a.m.

October 26 status: The October 26 session is sold out. Interested participants may request placement on the waitlist by emailing [email protected].

Featured works: The August 24 session discusses Isamu Noguchi’s *Soliloquy* (1962). The October 26 session focuses on Pablo Picasso’s *Still Life with Ears of Wheat* (1943). The December 7 session discusses Picasso’s *At the Café* (1901).

Registration: Advance registration is required, and space is limited. Participants should reserve only one space and will be asked to provide the names of both the participant and caregiver.
