An Evening of Alton Brown

An Evening of Alton Brown brings the chef, television host, author, and live entertainer to the stage for a blend of humor, science, food, music, and personal storytelling. Brown is expected to rework material from his best-known projects while introducing new demonstrations and a more intimate, spontaneous style of performance.

Known for creating and hosting *Good Eats*, *Iron Chef America*, *Cutthroat Kitchen*, and *Food Network Star*, Brown has performed his culinary live shows in more than 300 cities for over half a million fans. This presentation emphasizes connection and storytelling alongside the food science and theatrical mayhem associated with his work.

VIP Experience: A limited number of VIP packages are available and are identified on the seating map during ticket purchase. The package includes a signed copy of *Alton Brown’s Food for Thought* and a 30-minute question-and-answer session before the show.

VIP Arrival: VIP guests should arrive 90 minutes before showtime and check in at the docent desk near the Ticket Office. The VIP experience begins one hour before the performance.

VIP Note: VIP packages are operated by an outside company. There are no photo or signing opportunities, although still photography is permitted; video is not allowed. Purchasing a package authorizes Strathmore to share the purchaser’s contact information with the organizer.

Community Tickets: Strathmore offers tickets priced below $30 for its Music Center Presents programs. Discounted tickets must be requested through the community access program at least one full week before the performance, and they are intended for personal use rather than resale.

Dining: The Music Center offers à la carte dining at Allegro Kitchen and, for most performances, a reserved multi-course meal at the Prelude Buffet. Reservations are encouraged, with buffet reservations opening on the first day of the preceding month. Bars are available before the show and during intermission. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Ticket Policy: Requests for a credit or exchange for another Strathmore Presents performance must be submitted at least 48 hours before the performance. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are available after the show has taken place, but refunds are available if the performance is canceled or rescheduled.
