Garrison Starr

Garrison Starr performs with L Rodgers in a Jammin Java/Union Stage Presents 25th anniversary concert. Starr is a singer, songwriter, and Grammy-nominated record producer whose forthcoming album, *Garrison Starr and The Gospel Truth*, explores recovery, healing, self-love, and forgiveness after her Evangelical Christian upbringing. She describes the new material as “Swamp Gospel Hymns for Humans,” following the deconstruction and personal transformation explored on her 2021 album, *Girl I Used To Be*.

Starr has toured and collaborated with artists including Steve Earle, Emmylou Harris, Bruce Cockburn, Patty Griffin, Mindy Smith, Glen Phillips, Jason Isbell, and the Indigo Girls. Her new album is scheduled for release in fall 2026.
