SURGE: A DC Dance & Sound Celebration transforms Washington’s waterfront into a continually changing stage for a one-night multidisciplinary performance. Dance, live music, voice, and other forms of sound-based performance come together in an energetic, welcoming experience that invites audiences to discover the event at any point and stay as long as they like.

Designed as a free public experience, SURGE brings artists and audiences together on the waterfront in a distinctly Washington setting.
