Rosebud Baker

Rosebud Baker brings her sharp, candid stand-up to the DC Improv Main Room for a three-day headlining engagement. Known for her work as a comedian, actor, and writer, Baker combines biting wit with an unapologetic style. This marks her fifth time headlining the venue’s Main Room, following appearances on Comedy Central, Amazon, and *Saturday Night Live*, as well as tours and podcast appearances that have expanded her audience.

Baker is an Emmy-nominated writer who was named to Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch” and Vulture’s lists of comedians audiences should know. She wrote for *Saturday Night Live* from 2022 through 2025 and contributed to *That Damn Michael Che* and *Inside Amy Schumer*, earning a Writers Guild Award for the latter. Her stand-up credits include the 2021 YouTube special *Whiskey Fists*, produced by Bill Burr and All Things Comedy, and the Netflix special *The Mother Lode*, released in February 2025. Her acting credits include Hulu’s *Life & Beth*, HBO’s *That Damn Michael Che*, and the horror-comedy film *Hell of a Summer*.
