TRSH – Gone Fishin' Tour
TRSH brings the Gone Fishin’ Tour to Jammin Java with support from Adjust the Sails, Dear Maryanne, and Dear Cincinnati. The Springfield, Missouri quartet blends punk and Midwest emo with volatile energy, detailed guitar work, introspective lyrics, and a self-deprecating sense of humor.
Formed in 2021 by childhood friends, TRSH consists of frontman Derek Berry, bassist Keiran Andrews, drummer Bowen Pennell, and guitarist Gunnar Pennell. The band broke through with its 2022 debut album, *Kiss Me*, followed by the album *Soporific* and the 2024 *Straw Chairs* EP. Their music has earned more than 15 million collective streams and includes songs such as “Dad Rock,” “dusty,” “drown me in a bathtub,” and “hyperpop killed my dog.” The tour supports their latest album, *STRING THEORY*, released through Wax Bodega.
