The Nutcracker & Cinderella

The National Symphony Orchestra presents a holiday program built around two beloved ballet suites. Tchaikovsky’s *The Nutcracker* evokes Clara, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and an enchanted Christmas Eve celebration, while Prokofiev’s *Cinderella* brings playful, mischievous, and magical music to the concert stage. Mozart’s lyrical Piano Concerto No. 21 provides the centerpiece between the two fairy-tale works, performed by pianist Jorge Federico Osorio.

Marie Jacquot conducts the program in her National Symphony Orchestra debut. The concert is designed as a family-friendly classical music experience featuring three iconic works.
