Geese – Getting Killed Again Tour

Geese bring their Getting Killed Again Tour to The Anthem with a sharp, unconventional take on rock. The band’s latest album, *Getting Killed*, challenges familiar rock structures with a feverish, distinctive sound developed alongside producer Kenneth Blume. Following their debut *Projector* and 2023’s cowboy-rock-influenced *3D Country*, the album was named the top record of the year on multiple 2025 year-end lists, including those from *TIME*, *The New Yorker*, and *The New York Times*. In 2026, Geese also made their *Saturday Night Live* debut, appeared in an intimate *Tiny Desk* concert, and won the BRIT Award for International Group of the Year.

Welsh-born, Brighton-based guitarist Gwenifer Raymond opens the show. A fingerstyle instrumentalist known for developing her own “Welsh Primitive” approach, Raymond combines Mississippi blues, John Fahey-style American Primitive guitar, Welsh folk traditions, folk-horror atmospheres, and avant-garde influences. Her latest album, *Last Night I Heard the Dog Star Bark*, follows the Welsh Music Prize-nominated *Strange Lights Over Garth Mountain* and her 2018 debut, *You Were Never Much of a Dancer*. Her career has included performances with artists such as Michael Chapman, Michael Hurley, The Handsome Family, Lankum, Charlie Parr, Richard Dawson, Ryley Walker, and Squid, as well as appearances at WOMAD, Green Man, End of the Road, and Transmusicales.
