Woman's Club Chamber Series

The Woman’s Club Chamber Series presents a Friday Morning Music Club chamber music concert featuring works by Granados, Strauss, and Schumann. The program includes piano, soprano, clarinet, viola, and piano performances in a midday concert at the Woman’s Club of Chevy Chase.

Granados’s selections are *Quejas o la Maja y el Ruiseñor* from *Goyescas* and *Allegro de concierto* in C-sharp Major, Op. 46, performed by pianist Simon Finlow. Soprano Marj Palmieri and pianist Stephen Brown will perform three songs from Strauss’s *Four Last Songs*. The concert concludes with Schumann’s *Märchenerzählungen* (*Fairy Tales*) in B-flat Major, Op. 132, performed by clarinetist Albert Hunt, violist Bonnie Cohen, and pianist Frank Conlon.
