Yoga en Español: Select Saturdays

Yoga en Español: Select Saturdays is a bilingual yoga class offered at MoCA Arlington, combining mindfulness and movement in a welcoming, inclusive setting. Held in the museum’s Tiffany Gallery, the session is designed to energize both body and mind, with instruction delivered in Spanish and English to accommodate a range of participants.

When: The class takes place on the 4th Saturday of each month, beginning April 25, 2026, and continuing through March 27, 2027.

Showtimes: Each session runs from 9:30am to 10:30am.

Venue: Tiffany Gallery at MoCA Arlington, located at 3550 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201.

Price: The class is offered on a scaled donation basis, allowing attendees to contribute what they are able.

Ages: The class is open to all adults, with no prior yoga experience necessary.

Accessibility: MoCA Arlington is accessible via the Orange and Silver Lines at Virginia Square Station, as well as Metrobus and ART bus lines. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, or by appointment.

Note: Participants are advised to bring their own yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
