Music Box: Jazz It Up!

Music Box: Jazz It Up! is a joyful, interactive introduction to jazz for babies, toddlers, and their families. The BSO Jazz Trio leads young listeners through jazz rhythms and sounds with call-and-response, movement, singing, and playful improvisation. Host CJay Philip helps families discover how jazz encourages everyone to listen, create, and participate.

The 30-minute performance is designed to foster early coordination, creativity, and curiosity through music. Families can enjoy familiar tunes, pre-concert play activities, and floor seating; attendees should bring their own blanket.
