Allison Aubrey presents *Your Turn: How to Create a Midlife You Love*, her practical guide to renewing physical and emotional well-being, purpose, and momentum during midlife. Drawing on her reporting and conversations with women ages 45 to 105, Aubrey explores how creativity, connection, curiosity, and joy can help people move beyond identities shaped primarily by parenting, work, or past achievements.
Aubrey will discuss ways to rediscover personal passions, identify what brings meaning, and make evidence-based changes that support health and fulfillment. She will be joined by NPR journalist Rachel Martin, whose conversation-based program *Wild Card* examines the memories, beliefs, and experiences that shape people’s lives.
