Substrate: Pariah

Pariah is the stage name of London-based producer Arthur Cayzer, whose releases on the influential Belgian label R&S have made him a prominent figure in contemporary UK electronic music. His catalog includes “Detroit Falls,” “Safehouses,” and “Rift,” tracks that move across several styles while reflecting a deliberate, quality-over-quantity approach to production and remixing.

Cayzer is also a member of Karenn, the production and live-performance duo he formed with Jamie Roberts, known as Blawan. The pair create dense, heavy, constantly shifting techno and are recognized for intense, hardware-driven live sets. Pariah’s other work includes a collaboration with Midland on Sheworks003 and a Detroit-influenced remix of Lucy’s “Finnegan.” His DJ work spans clubs and festivals internationally.
