Ultimate 80's NYE Dance Party with DJ D

Ultimate 80’s NYE Dance Party with DJ D brings an all-out 1980s celebration to Jammin Java for its seventh year. Guests are invited to dress in bright retro fashion, tease their hair, and dance into 2027 with an evening of classic music, throwback videos, themed food and drinks, contests, and party favors.

DJ D of Belt it Out Productions will provide the soundtrack, mixing familiar 1980s pop, rock, new wave, hip-hop, and dance hits. The night includes prizes for memorable 1980s outfits, “Name That Tune” competitions, a complimentary midnight champagne toast, and free 1980s-themed favors and glow sticks.

Showtimes: Doors open at 7:00 p.m. The dance party runs from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Music: The playlist is expected to include music associated with Michael Jackson, The Cure, Prince, Bryan Adams, Madonna, Wham!, Run-DMC, The Go-Go’s, Culture Club, Beastie Boys, Rob Base, Bananarama, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Human League, Tone Loc, INXS, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Billy Idol, Duran Duran, Poison, Janet Jackson, Exposé, The Outfield, Van Halen, Guns N’ Roses, and many other 1980s favorites.

Activities: Guests can compete for prizes in the 1980s outfit contest and “Name That Tune.” Classic 1980s music videos will play as attendees arrive.

Food and Drinks: 1980s-themed cocktails and food will be available for purchase.

New Year’s Features: A complimentary champagne toast will take place at midnight, along with free 1980s-themed party favors and glow sticks.
