Centre Company presents The Nutcracker

Centre Performing Arts Company presents its full-length holiday production of *The Nutcracker*, featuring American Ballet Theatre principal dancers Devon Teuscher and Aran Bell, along with ABT corps de ballet dancer Max Barker. The production follows Clara’s journey through the magical Land of Sweets, with dancing Snowflakes and Sugarplums, Dragons, Peacocks, Shepherdesses, Bon Bons, and a mischievous mouse.

The staging includes elaborate costumes, magical scenery, whimsical storytelling, and a live pony pulling a sleigh through a snowy forest. The Centre Company has presented its *Nutcracker* to audiences across Northern Virginia and the Piedmont region for more than a decade. This performance is described as the only opportunity to see Teuscher and Bell together in an East Coast performance of this season’s *Nutcracker*.
