DanceFit: Shake Your Soul

DanceFit: Shake Your Soul is a Saturday morning dance series designed to energize the body and lift the spirits. The class combines dynamic movement with world music to relax the nervous system, awaken the senses, and encourage a joyful mind-body connection.

The practice can be fun, freeing, meditative, graceful, and sweaty, with participants encouraged to dance from within and connect with the surrounding community. No dance experience or partner is required; bringing a friend is welcome, and the class is open to all levels and all movers and music lovers.
