Melissa Villaseñor

Melissa Villaseñor brings stand-up comedy, celebrity impressions, sketches, and her voice-acting talents to the DC Improv’s Main Room for a weekend engagement. This is her fourth time headlining at the venue, and each of her previous DC Improv appearances sold out, so advance planning is encouraged.

Villaseñor was the first Latina cast member of “Saturday Night Live,” where she became known for impressions of figures including Owen Wilson, Lady Gaga, and Dolly Parton. She began her comedy career as a semifinalist on “America’s Got Talent” and has also appeared on “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” “Barry,” “Crashing,” and “Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens.” Her voice-acting credits include “Toy Story 4,” “Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet,” “OK K.O.!,” and “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Her other work includes a Netflix special, two music albums, the self-help journal “Whoops, I’m Awesome,” fine art, and hosting the 2021 Independent Spirit Awards.

Tickets: $37–$42 for general admission or $49.50–$54.50 for reserved seating. These are all-in prices that include service charges.
