Caribbean Social: Candles, Perfume and Wine

Caribbean Social: Candles, Perfume and Wine is an afternoon gathering celebrating Caribbean culture through creativity, music, and social connection. Craft Cart and Smellz N’ Tings will lead two hands-on activities at The Urban Winery of Silver Spring: making a flag-inspired sand-art candle and blending a custom perfume oil. A DJ will provide the music, and each ticket includes one glass of wine.

Guests can layer candle sand in the colors of their island’s flag, add a fragrance, and choose any color combination they like. They will also explore fragrances with guidance from Smellz N’ Tings while creating a perfume oil to take home. No prior experience is needed, and all materials and instruction are provided.
