VERONNEAU - Blue Tapestry - Celebrating Joni Mitchell & Carole King

VERONNEAU presents *Blue Tapestry*, a concert celebrating Joni Mitchell’s *Blue* and Carole King’s *Tapestry*. The award-winning duo reinterprets songs from both landmark albums while sharing stories about the artists, the music, and the post-Woodstock singer-songwriter era. The program includes “A Case of You,” “Blue,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” and “You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman.”

The performers are Quebecois vocalist Lynn Veronneau and British guitarist Ken Avis. They have toured *Blue Tapestry* in the United Kingdom and performed it at Blues Alley and Strathmore. Their *Blue Tapestry* album reached the Top 10 of the U.S. Folk Charts in 2025. Veronneau has received seven WAMMIE Awards in categories including Best Album, Vocals, Band, and Recording for world and jazz music. The duo has also appeared at DC Jazz Fest, the Florida Folk Festival, and Scotland’s Callander Blues & Jazz Festival. Their concert has been praised for its meaningful storytelling, joyful performances, and blend of jazz, bossa nova, folk, world, and pop influences.
