A Season of Inspiration
A Season of Inspiration features concert pianist Brian Ganz in a program connecting the music of Beethoven, Chopin, and Schubert. Ganz will perform Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata,” selected Chopin études and mazurkas, and Schubert’s “Fantaisie in F minor” for piano four hands with pianist Li-Ly Chang.
Chang will also premiere two of her own recent works, “The Heart Song” and “Impromptu No. 5.” The concert will include performer commentary about the music and composers, followed by a question-and-answer session and a reception.
