Fair Share: Building a More Gender-Fair Workplace Together is an in-person book launch hosted by the Gender & Work Initiative at Carey Business School. The program will explore how entrenched workplace expectations influence opportunity, career advancement, and caregiving, and why building more equitable and sustainable workplaces requires participation from both men and women.

The event features a moderated conversation with authors and senior leaders Clare Bresnahan English, Jamie Tabb, and Kalahn Taylor-Clark. Brigid Schulte, director of New America’s Better Life Lab, will moderate the discussion, which will focus on practical approaches to creating more inclusive workplaces.
