¡Latin Night with Tumbao! brings a high-energy Latin music experience to Bossa Bistro & Lounge. The band performs rhythms from across Latin America, including Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Colombia, with occasional Brazilian selections honoring the venue.

Tumbao is led by Cuban keyboardist Jorge Martinez and features vocalist Verny Varela, bassist Manuel Hernandez of El Salvador, Ecuadorian conguero Gustavo Estrella, and U.S. timbalero Ralph Esquenazy.
