The Cabaret Series Presents: Suzy Plays the Saxophone with Artist Earle Simpson

The Cabaret Series presents artist Andrew Earle Simpson accompanying a screening of the exuberant 1928 French/German silent film *Saxophone Suzy* with a newly created live score featuring saxophone. The program also includes songs from the Weimar cabaret tradition, followed by conversation and a reception with the artist.

The evening is part of the George Fulginiti Series: Cabaret, Cocktails, & Conversation, a collaboration between the Alliance for New Music-Theatre and the Arts Club of Washington. The intimate cabaret experience is designed to feature artists working across genres and engaging with the audience about their work and ideas.
