Grief Group
Grief Group is a monthly peer-support gathering for people in their 20s and 30s who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Grounded in Jewish wisdom, the group provides a supportive community where participants can talk about grief in its many forms with others who understand the experience and the isolation it can bring.
The gathering is intended for people connected with the Sixth & I community. It is not facilitated by a therapist or other mental health professional, and participation is not a replacement for therapy or professional services. Completing the interest form does not guarantee placement in a group.
