Urinetown

Urinetown is a sharply comic musical satire about capitalism, bureaucracy, environmental collapse, privatized natural resources, municipal politics, social responsibility, and musical theater itself. In a city devastated by a 20-year drought, the government bans private toilets and forces residents to use public facilities controlled by a single company that charges for access. As frustration grows, one citizen organizes a revolution to challenge the system and pursue freedom.

Written by Greg Kotis and Mark Hollmann, the production offers a humorous but candid perspective on American musical theater while exploring power, populism, and the consequences of a severe water shortage.

Tickets: $35 for adults; $15 for students, staff, seniors, and groups. Preview tickets are $15, and all listed prices include fees.
