Hell’s Kitchen
Hell’s Kitchen is a hit musical inspired by the life and music of 17-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys, making its Washington, D.C., debut as a touring Broadway production at the National Theatre. The story centers on Ali, a fiery 17-year-old girl searching for freedom, passion, and her place in the world, encountering a musical mentor, her dynamic family, and the community that helps her grow. Blending Keys’ greatest hits with new songs written exclusively for the show, the production combines exhilarating choreography and a raw, relatable narrative that has earned it a New York Times Critic’s Pick designation, with reviewers calling it “thrilling from beginning to end – a rare must-see.” The creative team includes director Michael Greif (Rent, Dear Evan Hansen, The Notebook), choreographer Camille A. Brown, book writer Kristoffer Diaz, and music and lyrics by Alicia Keys.
