Big Howdy Bluegrass Showcase is a monthly progressive bluegrass performance hosted by Big Howdy on the first Saturday of each month. The October presentation includes a special guest, which is listed as still to be announced.

Big Howdy is a DC-based band known for its duet vocals and a repertoire combining original material with fresh interpretations of classic country, bluegrass, and roots songs. The group features nationally recognized vocalist Dede Wyland alongside singer-songwriter and banjoist Randy Barrett, with Ira Gitlin and Tom McLaughlin completing the ensemble.
