Ingrid & Mollie’s Jennie the Cat: Jennie’s Beach Day

Ingrid & Mollie’s Jennie the Cat: Jennie’s Beach Day is a family-friendly puppet show that follows Jennie the Cat on her first-ever trip to the beach. Jennie needs help learning what to pack and what to do when she gets there, and along the way she meets new friends, practices sharing, and discovers how to be brave. The performance features soft hand puppets and original music, with plenty of chances for the audience to sing and dance along. Created by the duo Ingrid & Mollie, the show is made for the child within everyone and is especially designed for ages 2 through 8. It takes place on the Root Family Stage as part of Olney Theatre Center’s OL 2026-27 Olney Outdoors series.
