40×40 is an immersive exhibition marking the 40th anniversary of the International Archive of Women in Architecture (IAWA). The IAWA is a unique global repository dedicated to preserving women’s architectural records and supporting research that helps repair gaps in the historical narrative of architecture.
The exhibition’s digital immersive format, version 3.0, was adapted and redesigned for Target Gallery at the Torpedo Factory Art Center. It offers an opportunity to learn about the IAWA’s work and its role in preserving and advancing the history of women in architecture.
