Envisioning the Future of National Security: Healthcare Resilience and Predictive Innovation in an Era of Hybrid Warfare is a conference hosted by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Department of Health Policy and Management and the Uniformed Services University’s Center for Health Services Research. The program will consider the ways military conflict has influenced biomedical innovation, how vulnerabilities in pharmaceutical supply chains can affect civilian healthcare and military readiness, and how artificial intelligence may help predict disruptions and improve preparedness.

The conference will include a keynote address by the Honorable Keith Bass, assistant secretary of war for health affairs, along with four panel sessions covering historical foundations, hybrid warfare and healthcare vulnerability, pharmaceuticals and national security, and AI-driven prediction and innovation.
