Freestyle DansFit is a high-energy dance fitness experience at The Howard Theatre led by viral dance choreographer and influencer Gabriel Sanchez. The event combines exercise with choreography and a rotating selection of Top 40 music spanning Latin, pop, Afrobeats, hip-hop, and R&B, offering a different playlist and experience each time.

Presented as an inclusive event for everyone, Freestyle DansFit is designed for attendees to dance, work out, and return with friends for future sessions. Gabriel Sanchez is also a FitDC Ambassador and has been named DC’s Best Dance Class winner five years in a row.
