CoA Coffeehouse: Concert featuring Seth Kibel and The Kletzet

Seth Kibel and The Kletzet bring an upbeat program of klezmer music to the Bender Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington. The concert also draws on Yiddish folksong, jazz, and swing, with musical influences ranging from the Gershwins, Irving Berlin, and Cole Porter to Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman. Kibel will add historical commentary and humorous anecdotes between selections, while performing on clarinet, flute, and saxophone.

Heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and wine are served before the concert, making this an evening of food, conversation, and live music.
