Valeria Stewart - Argentinian Jazz Series

Valeria Stewart, a 2026 Double Wammie Award winner for Best World Artist and Album, brings her Argentinian Jazz Series to Blues Alley as part of Hispanic Heritage Jazz Month and the venue's Argentine spotlight. A guitarist, vocalist, and composer born in Buenos Aires and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, Stewart presents a multilingual performance that weaves together World, Latin, jazz, and Americana traditions. She will draw from her award-winning album *Raíces | Roots* (Antidote Sounds), featuring original Spanish-language songs alongside Cuban and Argentine classics, and preview material from her forthcoming project *On a Wing*, which explores English-language folk, roots, and global influences. The evening is co-presented with the Embassy of Argentina.
