Rum Jungle brings raw, atmospheric alt-rock to Pearl Street, pairing surf-punk grit and indie-sleaze swagger with nostalgic late-night ballads and sharply memorable hooks. The band performs with Bluebelt.

Drawing on the haze of youth, the comfort of falling apart, and the energy of playing together in a room, Rum Jungle grew from backyard parties into a touring act with sold-out shows across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. The band has appeared at The Great Escape, Reeperbahn, and SXSW Sydney. Its debut album, *Recency Bias*, reached No. 1 on the ARIA charts, and new music is forthcoming. The group’s name originated with Benny’s father’s 1970s band, reflecting Rum Jungle’s longstanding family connection to music.
