Pancho Villa is a bilingual U.S. premiere by Mexican playwright Antonio Zúñiga, directed by Mauricio Pita. An old man, a young man, and a child revisit the Mexican Revolution, bringing Pancho Villa back to life through memory, corridos, and myth. As historical fact merges with folklore, the play creates a fresh portrait of Villa as a revolutionary who understood the storytelling power of his own legend.
