Fahim Anwar returns to the DC Improv for his fourth headlining weekend, bringing his signature light-hearted observational comedy to the main room. An aerospace engineer turned stand-up, actor, and writer, Anwar is touring behind his third special “House Money,” which he released online for a global audience. His previous special “Hat Trick” was named one of the year’s best by the LA Times, and The New York Times listed him as a “Most Promising Future Star.” Anwar has appeared on CONAN, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and the Just for Laughs Festival, and his film and TV credits include Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Neighbors, and Drunk History. He also served as head writer and starred in a Comedy Central sketch special with his group GOATFACE, which included Hasan Minhaj, Aristotle Athiras, and Asif Ali. The weekend run offers multiple showtimes over three days, with all-in pricing that includes service charges.
