Tapestry Vocal Ensemble

Tapestry Vocal Ensemble brings a program devoted to women’s voices across centuries, pairing medieval songs with works by women composers from the 19th century to the present. The concert explores women’s lives, hopes, and dreams through love songs from the Middle Ages, songs associated with rebellious nuns, and a troubadour song by Beatrice de Dia, alongside music by Pauline Viardot, Florence Price, Lili Boulanger, Patricia Van Ness, and others.
