Tapestry Vocal Ensemble

Tapestry Vocal Ensemble presents a program centered on women composers and the many ways women’s voices have been expressed throughout musical history. The performance spans medieval love songs, music associated with rebellious nuns, and a troubadour song by Beatrice de Dia, alongside works by Pauline Viardot, Florence Price, Lily Boulanger, Patricia Van Ness, and other composers.

The program connects historical and contemporary perspectives on women’s lives, hopes, and dreams.
