Cajun Dance with Dennis Stroughmatt and L’Esprit Creole

Cajun Dance with Dennis Stroughmatt et L’Esprit Creole features live French Creole music from the Illinois Country, presented in collaboration with Dancing by the Bayou. Led by ambassador Dennis Stroughmatt, the band brings the sights, stories, and sounds of this distinctive musical tradition to the dance floor.

The event begins with a beginner-friendly Cajun dance lesson led by Sharon Schiliro and Michael Hart of Dancing by the Bayou. The lesson is included with admission, followed by an afternoon of dancing with the band.

Showtimes: Beginner Cajun dance lesson from 1:00pm to 1:30pm; dancing with the band from 1:30pm to 4:00pm

Tickets: Discounted advance tickets are $22 and are available online only until 11:59pm on Saturday, November 14. Same-day tickets are $27 and can be purchased online or at the door with cash, check, or credit card.
